At Comprehensive Academic Partners, we provide individualized advocacy services to support families through the ARD process with clarity and confidence.
With over 20 years of experience as an educational diagnostician, we bring a deep understanding of evaluations, eligibility, and TEA/IDEA requirements. We help translate complex reports into meaningful information so families can actively participate in decision-making for their child.
Review of evaluation reports (FIE, REED, IEP) and educational records
Parent consultation to identify concerns and priorities
Clear, actionable recommendations based on student needs
Preparation for ARD meetings, including key talking points
Attendance at ARD meetings (virtual preferred)
Follow-up summary to support next steps
Services are available in both English and Spanish to ensure that families fully understand the process, feel confident asking questions, and can advocate effectively for their child.
This service is designed for families who:
Have an upcoming ARD meeting
Recently received an evaluation and need help understanding the results
Are unsure if current supports are meeting their child’s needs
Want guidance on how to advocate effectively within the school system
We approach advocacy as a collaborative process. Our role is to help you understand the data, clarify your priorities, and feel prepared to participate as an equal member of the ARD committee.
We do not replace your voice—we strengthen it.
Advocacy services are available as a flat-fee package or hourly support, depending on your needs.

Option A: Hourly Rate
Services are billed at a rate of $150 per hour, in 15-minute increments.
A retainer of $900 is required prior to the start of services. This retainer covers approximately 6 hours of service and will be applied toward time spent on:
Record review
Parent consultation
ARD preparation
ARD meeting attendance
Follow-up communication
If additional time is needed beyond the retainer, services will continue at the hourly rate of $150 with client approval.
