The Program

Stop spending hours on report writing.
Start working smarter.

A complete, reusable AI workflow for every FIE — from the first referral to the final report. Build your toolkit before the school year hits full speed. No tech background required.

Live Sessions

Saturdays 9–10 AM CT

  • Saturday, September 12
  • Saturday, September 19
  • Saturday, September 26
  • Saturday, October 3
How It Works

Live + Async + Recorded

  • 1 live Saturday session per week
  • Async assignments throughout the week
  • All sessions recorded — watch anytime
  • Build your toolkit as you go

From 6–8 hours per FIE
down to 2–4 hours.

You will leave with a personal prompt library, reusable FIE and REED templates, and a NotebookLM second brain loaded with Texas-specific documents — built during live sessions so it is ready to use on your first case of the school year.

Week 1

Foundations — FERPA, Getting Started + Reason for Referral

  • FERPA compliance and data de-identification strategies
  • Overview of 5 AI tools: Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM
  • How to integrate AI into your workflow from referral to final report
  • Writing Reason for Referral prompts for initial evals and re-evals
  • Assignment: Draft your first de-identified AI prompt
Weeks 2–3

The Full FIE — Background Through Academics (Steps 3–9)

  • Build prompts for every background section (Steps 3–7)
  • Cognitive assessment section (Step 8): Cross-Battery and CSEP frameworks
  • All three academic areas (Step 9): reading, math, written language
  • Physical factors, medical diagnoses, parent and teacher input
  • Reducing FIE writing time from 6–8 hours to 2–4 hours
Week 4

Portfolio and Second Brain

  • Organize your complete prompt library into reusable categories
  • Build templates for FIE sections, REED documents, and impact statements
  • Create your NotebookLM second brain with curated Texas documents
  • Set up a system to evolve your library with every new case
  • Walk away with a portfolio ready for immediate use
